Pappardelle with Pumpkin, Goat Cheese, & Sage

Mostly savory, creamy, and a little tangy, this dish is ever-so-slightly sweet from the pumpkin purée which gives it a great balance of flavors.

It is *very* rich, so if you make this, I’d recommend serving with a leaner protein like chicken or shrimp, or maybe a fresh side salad!
